In addition, the shape of the roll ring is simple and tolerant It is easy to manufacture. The connection mode of roll shaft and roller ring is keyless connection, and the torque is transmitted by end friction;

The tensile force exerted by the hydraulic nut on the roller shaft makes it a prestressed roller. The bending deformation of the roll is very small in the rolling process, so the system stiffness of the rolling mill is improved and the dimensional accuracy of the product is greatly improved;

Roller shaft, hydraulic nut, lock ring and spacer ring can be reused for many times, which effectively reduces the use cost of roller;
The special sealing and ultra-high pressure system make the pressure in the hydraulic nut greater than 300mpa;
There is no change in the existing roll transmission connection mode and the original roll installation mode;
The quantity and specification of cemented carbide roller ring can be selected at will under certain conditions.
The popularization and application of cemented carbide combined roll has solved the problems of iron roll, such as poor wear resistance, short service life of groove, impact on product dimension accuracy, increased labor intensity of field workers, hindering rolling mill operation rate and lowering production cost. The adjustment range of cemented carbide rolls in the whole rolling process is very small, and the total rolling load of three continuous rolling mills is 0.2mm The stability of the size and rib height of the rolled bar is ensured during the whole rolling process, and the rolled product is kept in a nearly fixed size.
It can reduce the number of groove changing and improve the efficiency of rolling mill; the common steel roller needs to change groove every 1 ~ 2 hours, and the groove changing time is about 10 minutes, while the cemented carbide roll can be continuously rolled for 24 hours. According to the trial units, the production of Φ 10 mm deformed steel can be increased by (30 ~ 40) tons and the daily production can be increased by (100 ~ 200) tons. In the continuous rolling process, there is no need to adjust the rolling process and the inspection frequency of products frequently.
